Development of a network, such as the Oxford University China-Africa Network Global Connect Project, which aims to establish a virtual community providing a forum in which members from all over the world can engage with each other and with new research on salient China-Africa issues. The use of popular educational techniques. For example a knowledge exchange small grant project used social theatre to generate a series of interactive dialogues within a community on the connected themes of poverty, inequality, environmental pollution, and climate change. The staging of museum and virtual exhibitions such as those produced by a follow on fund project investigating the history and heritage of Welsh Copper.
