The call to hold an event as part of the 2013 Festival is now live. The Festival will be running from 2-9 November 2013.

Event organisers can apply for up to £2,000 of sponsorship from the ESRC, or to list events without ESRC sponsorship. The closing date for sponsorship applications is 16.00 on 3 June and the closing date for listed/non-sponsored applications is 16.00 on 7 June.

This year we are providing an online form. Applications must be completed in full as it is not possible to save the form and return to it. To support you in this process we have provided an 'Overview of online application form' to outline the questions contained within the form and the information required for each question. Please ensure that you have read this and have all required information to hand.

Event organisers from the University of Bristol, the University of Sheffield, or Sheffield Hallam University please do not complete the online form. Please view details of how to apply specific to these organisations.
